In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and finishing metal stud framing and various commercial carpentry projects. Your expertise will help bring architectural plans to life, ensuring structures are built with precision, safety, and quality in mind. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from interior build-outs to large-scale commercial developments, contributing directly to the creation of functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing and carpentry tasks. Erect metal building frameworks, including steel studs, track systems, and related components with precision and adherence to safety standards. Install drywall and other finishing elements to achieve smooth surfaces and professional finishes. Operate power tools, hand tools and specialized machinery safely and efficiently on-site. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures, levels, and other tools to ensure proper fitment of framing components. Collaborate with construction management teams to interpret project plans, coordinate tasks, and meet project deadlines while maintaining a safe work environment. Requirements Proven experience in metal building erection, framing (including steel studs), drywall installation or related construction fields. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for accurate project execution. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and basic math skills for dimensional measurements. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required by the project scope. Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices to ensure a secure work environment. Valid construction site experience with familiarity in interpreting construction plans and technical specifications.
