We are not looking for a fence installer; we are looking for a creative carpenter, maker, or skilled craftsman to join our shop on a flexible, part-time basis . Whether you're a maker looking for steady income alongside your other creative gigs, or an active retiree who loves working with wood and keeping busy, this position offers steady, flexible hours in a relaxed shop atmosphere. .
What Makes This Role Different Zero Fence Experience Needed:
If you know your way around woodworking tools, measuring tapes, and pneumatic guns, we'll easily teach you how to build our fence panels.Creative Cedar Projects:
We accumulate plenty of high-quality spare cedar. We want someone who gets excited about turning extra wood into cool side projects, custom accents, or smart shop fixtures.Organize & Optimize:
We welcome your eyes and ideas. If you see a better way to store materials, build a jig, or streamline shop operations, you'll have the freedom to make it happen.Flexible Hours:
We know life gets busy. We're open to structuring your shifts in flexible 2- to 4-hour blocks (for example, 2:00 PM
- 5:00 PM daily, or consistent morning/afternoon shifts, or on a rotation
- whatever works for you as long as you get the job done).
