What We're Looking For:

We are seeking experienced, well-rounded individuals with a strong background in residential and commercial renovations. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience and must be capable of independently handling a variety of tasks from start to finish.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in home and commercial renovations Proficient in: Framing (rough and finish) Drywall installation, taping & finishing Tile setting (floors, showers, backsplashes) Cabinet installation Interior and exterior painting Flooring (LVP, hardwood, tile, etc.) Trim and finish carpentry Door and window installation Light plumbing and electrical (a plus) Ability to read and interpret plans and measurements Attention to detail and job site cleanliness Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have own tools Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and commitment to quality Punctual, dependable, and professional demeanor
