Job Description

MB Builders is a growing home and commercial renovation company proudly serving Rhode Island and surrounding areas. We're expanding and looking fora lead carpenter to join our team full-time.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded individual with a strong background in residential and commercial renovations . The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience and must be capable of independently handling a variety of tasks from start to finish and working independently.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in home renovations Proficient in: Framing (rough and finish) Drywall installation, taping & finishing Tile setting (floors, showers, backsplashes) Cabinet installation Interior and exterior painting Flooring (LVP, hardwood, tile, etc.) Trim and finish carpentry Door and window installation Light plumbing and electrical (a plus) Ability to read and interpret plans and measurements Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have own tools Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and commitment to quality Punctual, dependable, and professional demeanor
