Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in construction (residential interior, exteriors, decking and more) Ability to read plans, manage job flow, and keep projects on schedule Strong understanding of proper technique with a variety of tools to obtain measurements, cuts, installs and finish work Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional attitude and ability to communicate with clients and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example Must care about quality, cleanliness, and jobsite organization
