Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Carpenter/Laborer, where your skills will help bring residential and commercial projects to life! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your expertise in carpentry, woodworking, and general labor to build, install, and restore structures with precision and care. Paid positions are available for both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates ready to grow their skills. Duties Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, siding, and fixture installation Operate woodworking machines safely for tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for framing, rebar installation, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, tile laying, and mold remediation Install various construction materials including wood construction materials, siding, drywall, stucco, and metal studs Assist with remodeling projects by removing old materials and installing new fixtures or finishes in residential or commercial settings Follow safety protocols related to power tool use, power tool safety procedures, and general site safety standards Qualifications Prior construction experience or hands-on training in carpentry or general labor roles preferred Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in woodworking and framing tasks Knowledge of construction plans and building codes relevant to residential projects Experience with drywall installation, caulking, stucco application, tile laying, rebar installation, or cabinet installation is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Valid work authorization; reliable transportation; willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Join us today to be part of a dedicated team that values craftsmanship, safety, and growth! $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
