Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks on residential projects. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in woodworking, framing, finishing, and site preparation while contributing to impactful building projects. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, trim installation, and general carpentry tasks. Install doors, windows, siding, cabinets, fixtures, and other wood components with precision. Perform heavy lifting and material handling to support project timelines and safety protocols. Use woodworking machines safely to cut, shape, and assemble wood construction materials in compliance with safety standards. Support restoration industry projects by performing demolition, remodeling, or siding replacement work. Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to all safety regulations related to power tool safety and construction site procedures.
