Job Description
Timeshare resort seeking a skilled and dedicated maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing repairs and maintaining our property to provide a safe and efficient environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Conduct inspections of units to identify and resolve issues. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs. Landscaping and property clean up. Perform routine preventive maintenance. Must be able to paint. Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Perform any tasks assigned by management. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, be capable of standing and walking throughout a shift. Must be able to work independently. Weekends and holidays are required. Medical and life insurance available after probationary period, vacation time available after 1 year of employment. Employment depends on background check and drug testing.
