Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Skilled Laborer/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of carpentry and construction tasks that contribute to the successful completion of residential and commercial projects. Your expertise in framing, drywall, finishing, and restoration will help ensure high-quality craftsmanship and timely project delivery. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other building materials using hand tools and power tools for woodworking. Perform framing, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, siding, and trim carpentry to meet project requirements. Operate woodworking machines safely to fabricate custom fixtures and components. Install doors, windows, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and other building elements with precision. Assist with rebar installation, masonry work, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and heavy lifting tasks as needed. Follow safety protocols related to power tool operation, construction site safety, and material handling to ensure a secure work environment. Contribute to remodeling projects by fabricating components and restoring structures with attention to detail. Support site cleanup, material organization, and preparation for subsequent phases of construction or restoration work. Skills Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques including framing, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and door hanging. Experience with hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels as well as power tools including drills, saws for woodworking and construction tasks. Familiarity with woodworking machines used for fabrication of fixtures or structural components. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper technique. Knowledge of drywall installation, caulking, stucco application, siding installation, tile laying and flooring installation. Experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation or general remodeling is a plus. Understanding of construction site safety standards including power tool safety practices. Prior construction experience across residential or commercial projects with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Handyman skills including fixture installation and general repair work are advantageous. Pay:

$16.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 48.0 per week
