Skilled Laborer / Carpenter

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and restoration tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both manual and technical skills. This role requires hands-on experience in a variety of areas, including carpentry, plumbing, and general construction. The Skilled Laborer will contribute to a range of projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties Execute construction tasks including framing, trim carpentry, and fixture installation. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate project execution. Perform concrete forming and masonry work as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Assist in the installation of roofing, siding, cabinets, doors, and flooring. Conduct water damage restoration and mold remediation as required. Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor to support project completion. Collaborate with team members on construction site activities while maintaining a clean work environment. Participate in the assembly of components and fabrication of materials as needed. Skills Proficient in construction estimating and blueprint reading. Experienced in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, drywall installation, caulking, plastering, stucco application, and roofing techniques. Knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical work, masonry, tile laying, flooring installation, and metal stud framing. Familiar with water damage restoration processes and the restoration industry overall. Strong ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely (CNC experience is a plus). Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the workday. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work.
