This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including glass installation, cabinetry, framing, and remodeling. As an integral part of our crew, you will assist experienced installers in executing high-quality installations across residential sites. Your energy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to develop their skills in construction, fabrication, and plumbing services while contributing to impactful projects. Responsibilities lead installs by preparing work sites and organizing tools and materials before installation begins demo and installation of bathrooms. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks such as cutting, drilling, caulking, and assembly Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure smooth workflow on-site Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project specifications fabrication and remodeling tasks including construction painting, plywood installation, large format stone and fixture mounting Conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained Support with demolition or removal of old fixtures as needed during remodeling projects measure, cutting, fitting, and installation of various building components Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in a maintenance personal role is preferred but not required Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus Hands-on experience with glass installation, carpentry (including frame carpentry), shower pan install, plumbing, cabinet installation, or fixture setup is advantageous Knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall finishing, caulking techniques, and remodeling procedures is desirable Experience using hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, pry bars as well as power tools like drills and saws is essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during project execution Demonstrated understanding of safety standards on construction sites and ability to follow safety protocols consistently Join us if you're eager to grow your skills in a lively environment that values teamwork and craftsmanship.
