Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures using a variety of hand and power tools. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects, including metal building erection, concrete forming, remodeling, and finishing work. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong foundation in carpentry techniques and construction safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that require precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures, rulers, and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment Construct frameworks for walls, floors, ceilings, and other structures utilizing dimensional measurements and carpentry skills Install siding, drywall, stucco, trim carpentry elements, and other finishing materials with precision Perform metal stud framing and rebar installation for structural support in various building types Erect metal buildings and perform welding tasks as needed to secure structural components Operate heavy equipment safely during construction site activities such as lifting heavy materials or moving large structural elements Assist with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and masonry work to ensure durable and high-quality results Use hand tools and power tools efficiently while adhering to safety protocols at all times Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials regularly Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to interpret technical drawings and ensure project specifications are met Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry or construction roles with a strong background in framing, drywall installation, or remodeling projects Knowledge of metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, welding, siding, plastering, woodworking, drywall finishing, stucco application, and heavy equipment operation Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings effectively Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills and saws; tape measures; levels; and other construction equipment Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during construction tasks Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety standards and protocols Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors Valid certifications or licenses related to construction or specific trade skills are a plus but not mandatory Join our team if you're ready to build exceptional structures while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment! $14.00 - $35.00 per hour
