This role focuses on framing, installation, and general carpentry tasks on active job sites around the El Paso area. You'll work with a crew on day-shift schedules on local projects. Expect hands-on work measuring, cutting, installing materials, reading basic drawings, keeping the site clean, and following site safety procedures. Reliable attendance and a focus on quality and safety are required. What you'll do Lay out and build wood and metal framing for walls, floors, and roofs Measure, cut and install trim, doors, windows and other finish components Read and interpret basic construction drawings and follow layout instructions Install anchors, fasteners, blocking and hardware per plans and schedules Maintain tools, keep work area clean and perform general site cleanup Work with crew to meet daily production goals while following safety rules What we're looking for Proven experience in rough and framing carpentry on commercial or residential jobs Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and layout plans Strong measuring, cutting and fastening skills with hand and power tools Working knowledge of construction methods, materials and safe work practices Ability to work on active job sites, follow instructions, and coordinate with crew Physical ability to lift, carry and handle materials and stand for long periods Qualifications OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites High school diploma or GED preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Own basic hand tools preferred What we offer Local assignments in the El Paso area - limited travel away from home Typical day-shift schedules with opportunities for overtime Site-specific safety training and PPE provided Hands-on skill development and on-the-job training Consistent, steady local work with predictable project rotations Ready to apply?
