We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Area Manager to lead a portfolio of local restaurants, drive operational excellence, and build a team culture that keeps both guests and crew coming back every day.

This is a high-impact leadership role. You'll own performance across multiple locations — P&L, staffing, food safety, guest experience, and brand standards while developing the next generation of Dunkin' leaders in the El Paso market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Oversee day-to-day operations across 4-8 Dunkin' locations in the El Paso Area

Drive sales, control costs, and hit profitability targets for each unit

Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and crew members

Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure brand and food-safety compliance

Analyze performance data and implement action plans to close gaps

Partner with franchise ownership and the Regional Director on market growth initiatives

Respond to and resolve escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally

Lead new store openings, remodels, and equipment upgrades within the territory

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)

Proven track record of hitting sales and labor targets across multiple locations

Strong coaching and team-development skills — you lead by example on the floor

Solid understanding of P&L management, food cost, and scheduling

ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)

Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Valid TX driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between locations daily

Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
