Job Overview We are seeking experienced and motivated Construction Subcontractors to join our dynamic team, contributing to a variety of construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for executing specialized trade work, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will help bring construction plans to life, from framing and finishing to installing building materials and fixtures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with project managers, and showcase your craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform skilled construction tasks including carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, window and door hanging, and cabinet installation. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of work. Install building materials such as stucco, plastering, caulking, hardscape elements, and trim carpentry components. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality control and adherence to safety protocols throughout construction projects. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and protocols on-site. Qualifications Proven experience in construction roles with a strong background in building construction and remodeling projects. Proficiency with Bluebeam software for reviewing plans and marking up documents. Skilled in construction estimating, site inspection, and interpreting technical drawings. Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and hardscape work. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment safely. Knowledge of safety protocols relevant to outdoor work environments and construction sites. Strong understanding of building materials installation standards for projects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor settings.
