Our buildings are built entirely at our workshop and delivered fully assembled to customers across the country. We're looking for an experienced, dependable carpenter who takes pride in quality work. Our buildings combine framing, finish carpentry, and architectural details, so this is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety and cares about how the finished product looks. Duties Build floor systems, frame walls and roofs, and install siding, trim, doors, and windows. Complete interior carpentry, including tongue-and-groove walls and ceilings, shelving, desks, and benches. Work from drawings, measurements, and project specifications. Build accurately and efficiently, with attention to clean joints, consistent spacing, and finished details. Keep tools, materials, and your work area organized and follow safe shop practices. Work with our team to deliver consistent quality across custom projects. Requirements Professional carpentry experience, ideally with both framing and finish work. Ability to handle assigned work independently and recognize when to ask questions. Confidence using common woodworking tools. An eye for detail and a willingness to make adjustments when something isn't right. Reliable attendance, dependable transportation to the workshop, and clear communication. Ability to perform the physical tasks of the job, with reasonable accommodation. Authorization to work in the United States. Experience with custom residential construction, cabinetry, door and window installation, or architectural trim is a plus.
