Full-time, 40 hours/week with overtime Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and reliable Carpenter III to lead millwork production, oversee a team of carpenters, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and to company quality standards. This role coordinates daily production, manages Work Orders through the Innergy system , tracks labor, and ensures accurate, high-quality fabrication. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of carpenters and shop personnel Create daily and weekly production schedules and delegate tasks to meet deadlines Monitor project progress and proactively address production delays Coordinate with the Foreman on production status, issues, and changes Ensure materials, drawings, tools, and resources are ready for production Manage Innergy for production communication, Work Orders, and updates Ensure accurate time tracking, labor reporting, and job costing Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met Identify and correct quality issues while minimizing rework Train team members on fabrication methods, tools, processes, and quality expectations Work with laminates and veneer and ensure proper fabrication techniques are followed Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and productive work environment Promote punctuality, accountability, and professionalism within the team Requirements 7+ years of experience in millwork, cabinetry, or commercial carpentry Previous leadership or supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of millwork production and fabrication processes Experience with production management systems; Innergy experience preferred Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints Understanding of labor tracking and job costing Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
