- Perform various carpentry tasks such as wood rot repair, cabinet installation, built in projects, door hanging/ installations, touch up painting, and real estate punch lists.
- Fabricate and assemble wood components to construct structures or items as needed.
- Apply caulking and other sealants to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Carpenter with expertise in a variety of carpentry tasks.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
