Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Framing or Sheet Metal Crew Member and be at the forefront of building excellence! In this role, you will actively participate in framing, pole building erection, and sheet metal installation projects, contributing to the creation of durable, high-quality structures. Your hands-on expertise will help bring architectural visions to life while ensuring safety and precision on every job site. This position offers an energetic environment where teamwork, skill development, and craftsmanship are celebrated. Whether working on residential builds, or commercial projects, your contributions will be vital to our success. Responsibilities Erect pole buildings and frameworks using industry-standard techniques and tools Install sheet metal components with precision, ensuring proper fit and finish Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation processes Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble framing materials Perform rebar installation and concrete forming tasks as needed for structural support Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other measuring devices to ensure compliance with specifications Use heavy equipment safely for lifting and positioning large materials or structural components Conduct quality inspections throughout each phase of construction to maintain high standards Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on framing or sheet metal work Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment in a construction setting Knowledge of construction management principles is a plus but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods Basic math skills for dimensional measurements and layout work are essential Prior experience with woodworking, or siding will be advantageous for versatile project support Join us in building structures that stand the test of time! Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
