Job Description
Overview Join our Construction team as a Working Carpenter with Helper, This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on residential and commercial projects, utilizing your carpentry skills to build, install various finish carpentry work. If you're enjoy woodworking and other tasks, installing fireplaces, soffits and eaves, cabinet install, case, base, hanging doors etc, We are committed to paying all team members fairly for their valuable work. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects. Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, siding, fixture installation, and trim carpentry. Perform heavy lifting if needed physically demanding tasks safely while adhering to power tool safety protocols. Install various wood construction materials such as siding, moldings, and fixtures et Operate woodworking machines skillfully for precise cuts and assembly. Experience Prior construction experience with a focus on residential carpentry or general building projects is highly preferred. Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings is essential for accurate project execution. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines is required. Knowledge of and understanding of construction plans will enhance your effectiveness on site. Demonstrated ability to work safely on construction sites while following all safety protocols related to power tools and materials handling.
