Chateau Health & Wellness is looking for an experienced, compassionate therapist who wants to do work that truly matters without sacrificing the things that make a career sustainable. We provide residential treatment for adults facing mental health, trauma, substance use, and other complex behavioral health challenges. We have particular experience working with first responders, veterans, and high-stress professionals, giving our clinicians the opportunity to work with clients who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. That means giving therapists manageable caseloads, a collaborative team, the time to know their clients, and an environment that supports excellent clinical work. The Opportunity Our therapists typically maintain a primary caseload of approximately 4-6 clients . That allows you to spend less time trying to keep up with an overwhelming caseload and more time actually doing therapy. You'll provide individual and group therapy, participate in treatment planning, work with families when appropriate, and collaborate closely with the rest of the treatment team. We believe some of the best treatment happens when talented professionals bring different perspectives to the same problem. You'll work alongside case managers, medical and nursing professionals, program staff, mentors, and other clinicians to understand the whole person and help create meaningful, lasting change. What You'll Do Maintain a primary caseload of approximately 4-6 residential clients. Provide thoughtful, individualized, trauma-informed psychotherapy. Facilitate process, psychoeducational, experiential, and other therapeutic groups. Assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and adjust clinical approaches as clients progress. Treat concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, grief and loss, occupational stress, relationship challenges, and co-occurring conditions. Collaborate actively with the multidisciplinary treatment team and participate in case consultation and discharge planning. Involve families and other support systems when clinically appropriate. Help clients develop the skills and insight needed to successfully transition from residential treatment to life beyond Chateau. Maintain timely, ethical, and clinically appropriate documentation. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Are licensed or license-eligible in Utah as an LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, or equivalent behavioral health professional . Have experience treating trauma, mental health conditions, substance use, or co-occurring disorders. Enjoy both individual therapy and group work. Are comfortable working with complex clients and can connect with people who may initially be guarded or skeptical of therapy. Believe in balancing compassion with accountability. Enjoy collaborating with other clinicians and being an active part of a treatment team. Have strong clinical judgment, professionalism, curiosity, and a desire to continue growing as a therapist. Experience with first responders, veterans, residential treatment, or trauma populations is a plus, but it is not required .
