We are looking for an experienced Framing Nail Gun Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in residential and/or commercial framing and be comfortable using framing nail guns and other construction tools safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Operate framing nail guns safely, accurately, and efficiently. Nail and secure wood framing according to project specifications. Work on walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components. Make sure framing pieces are properly positioned and aligned before fastening. Maintain a steady and efficient production pace while ensuring quality. Follow instructions from supervisors and work closely with cutters and other team members. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all job-site safety procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in framing, carpentry, or construction. Experience using a framing nail gun. Ability to measure and identify framing materials correctly. Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and move construction materials. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. Production framing experience is preferred. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with framing experience who can work safely, efficiently, and as part of a productive team.

From $22.50 per hour
