Master Carpenter Wanted:
Enjoy hands-on variety, freedom to hone in on your carpentry skills, and steady work with a local, thriving property management company.
Carpenter Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should possess a very strong knowledge of home repairs and renovations and OSHA safety rules. Completion of a wide variety of carpentry and home repair tasks in residential units (apartments and houses). The care and proper use of small hand tools and mechanical equipment. Working with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of all assigned work. Additional duties as assigned by the on-site manager.
Requirements and Qualifications:
A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a carpenter is required. Must possess knowledge to complete a wide variety of carpentry tasks. A tidy, professional appearance and ability to communicate effectively with residents, clients, co-workers and supervisors. Possess basic computer skills and internet literacy. Must have strong history of dependability and past job performance. Must have valid driver's license, a good driving record and access to reliable transportation ( no DUI/Reckless convictions within the past five years) Must pass a criminal background check and drug test. Applicants are not required to disclose any information concerning any arrest, charge, or conviction that has been sealed.
