Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Remodeling Specialist to oversee and execute high-quality remodeling projects across residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will lead a team of skilled craftsmen, coordinate with clients and project managers, and ensure that all remodeling tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in construction management, technical skills, and passion for transforming spaces will drive successful project outcomes and elevate our reputation for excellence in remodeling services. Responsibilities Lead and supervise remodeling projects from start to finish, including execution and quality control. Coordinate with team members manage project timelines. Oversee the installation of building materials such as drywall, flooring, tile, painting, trim carpentry, appliance installation and general remodeling. Oversee day to day projects Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards while maintaining a safe work environment. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project. Manage construction tasks start to finish. Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, safety records, and material usage using tools . Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in remodeling projects. Extensive knowledge of building construction techniques including kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, window installation, door hanging, caulking, and trim carpentry. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and outdoor work environments. Familiarity with all areas of general construction Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety compliance. Electrical experience or plumbing knowledge is a plus for coordinating integrated systems during remodels. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members clearly and professionally.
