The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform demolition, site cleanup, and general construction labor Load, unload, move, and properly stage construction materials Stock materials and maintain organized work areas Assist with site preparation and project setup Support skilled trades and project crews as needed Perform other general labor duties as assigned Follow all company and job-site safety procedures Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial construction Reliable, dependable, and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be authorized to work in the United States Experience working on military bases or federal facilities is preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license preferred
