The right person should have hands-on construction experience, be comfortable using basic hand and power tools, and be willing to help with a variety of jobs on residential and commercial projects. Job Duties Perform general carpentry and construction work. Assist with framing, drywall, siding, trim, doors, and cabinets. Read and follow basic construction plans and measurements. Use hand tools and power tools safely. Help with demolition, remodeling, and restoration work. Load, unload, and move construction materials. Perform heavy lifting as needed. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company and job-site safety rules. Work as part of a team to complete projects on time. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in carpentry, construction, or general building work. Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials. Ability to read measurements and follow instructions. Experience with drywall, framing, trim, siding, or remodeling. Ability to safely lift and carry construction materials. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well with others. Willingness to work at different job sites as needed. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the U.S. if required. Preferred Experience Experience in residential construction, commercial construction, remodeling, or restoration is preferred. Experience with additional carpentry skills and equipment is a plus.
