In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and finishing structures with precision and attention to detail. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures, rulers, and other tools to cut and assemble materials precisely. Erect metal buildings and framing structures using metal studs, lumber, and other materials while adhering to safety standards. Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to create solid foundations and structures. Install drywall, stucco, siding, trim carpentry, and perform remodeling tasks to enhance building interiors and exteriors. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for cutting, drilling, lifting, and assembling materials on-site. Collaborate with construction managers and team members to interpret technical drawings and ensure project specifications are met efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on carpentry or related trades. Skilled in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and interpreting construction plans accurately. Proficient in the use of hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, levels, and tape measures. Knowledge of metal building erection, masonry techniques, welding processes, and drywall installation is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed. Strong understanding of dimensional measurements, framing techniques (including metal stud framing), and construction safety protocols.
