God's Torches Inc., a Class A General Contractor, is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our residential remodeling and construction team. We're looking for someone who knows the trade, can work independently, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can help lead work on the jobsite without needing constant supervision.

Responsibilities:

Residential framing and carpentry Deck construction and repairs Bathroom and interior remodeling Trim and finish carpentry Demolition and reconstruction General residential construction Read measurements and layouts accurately Work independently and help keep projects moving Maintain a clean, professional jobsite Communicate professionally with homeowners and other crew members

Requirements:

Strong carpentry and remodeling experience Previous lead carpenter or similar experience preferred Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Must be dependable and show up ready to work Must be able to work independently and solve problems in the field Must maintain professional behavior in customers' homes Must be able to pass a background check We work inside customers' homes, including high-end residences, so trustworthiness, professionalism, and respect for the customer's property are extremely important. Pay Starting at $25/hour. Higher starting pay is available for candidates with strong, demonstrated carpentry, remodeling, and leadership experience. We're looking for someone interested in becoming a long-term part of the God's Torches team , not just someone looking for a few days of work.
