Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial and residental construction projects Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings Install, troubleshoot, and oversee electrical systems and equipment Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and project requirements Maintain jobsite safety and enforce OSHA regulations Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades Conduct quality control inspections and address deficiencies Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians Complete daily reports and communicate project progress to management

Qualifications:

Previous Foreman or Lead Electrician experience required Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial electrical installations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in various jobsite conditions

Requirements:

Must be reliable and able to work independently Must be willing to travel as needed for project assignments Occasional overnight stays may be required depending on project location and schedule
