About Us:
Wicker Renovations is a residential remodel contractor servicing the Pacific Northwest. The company's focus is on custom remodels with a commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction. We perform small repairs to full additions. Most of our work is done inhouse except for Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing trade work. We're seeking a motivated, experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team and help drive successful project completion. The right candidate will have a can—do attitude and is highly attentive to details.Role Summary:
You'll be the "Bags On" working on-site manager, leading a crew, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline goals, all while providing exceptional client experience.Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Work along side the team, while managing daily operations on the job site, assign tasks, and provide direction to support other team members and subcontractors.Technical Execution:
Perform expert rough & finish carpentry (framing, siding, window installation, trim, interior cabinetry, drywall, painting, tiling, flooring, etc.).Quality Control:
Inspect work, ensure adherence to plans/specs, and maintain high standards.Client Communication:
Serve as liaison between owner and client when needed, provide updates, and address concerns.Site Management:
Maintain safety, cleanliness, tool security, and proper material storage.Planning & Reporting:
Read blueprints, perform material takeoffs, order & pick up supplies, and update project paperwork.Problem Solving:
Address unexpected issues creatively and effectively.Communication:
Skilled at communicating with all types of staff, subcontractors, clients, vendors and ownership & its representatives.Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years in residential remodeling, with proven leadership experience.Skills:
Mastery of carpentry, knowledge of related trades (plumbing, electrical, drywall), blueprint reading, project coordination.Attributes:
Excellent communication, strong work ethic, detail-oriented, reliable, team player, ethical.Requirements:
Full set of hand/power tools, reliable truck, valid driver's license, able to lift 80 lbs.What We Offer:

$72,500. - $84,000. (DOE)Benefits:
