Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter/Installer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing trim, cabinetry, and custom woodwork on residential projects, as well as completing touch-up and punch-list work to ensure a high-quality product. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other woodwork with accuracy and care Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation of fixtures and finishes Use hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, sanders, saws) safely and effectively for woodworking and framing tasks Install siding, flooring, moldings, fixtures, and other components to enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential spaces Conduct heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety protocols on the construction site Complete touch-ups, including caulking, filing nail holes, sanding and minor repairs Experience Understanding of power tool safety standards and proper handling of hand tools and power tools for woodworking Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
