Our projects range from full home renovations and new construction to custom home repairs and specialized maintenance. Position Overview We are seeking experienced, reliable Lead Carpenters who can deliver exceptional craftsmanship while demonstrating strong on-site leadership. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Superintendent to ensure projects are executed flawlessly, safely, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Provide job site leadership by taking direction from the Superintendent and guiding team members effectively. Execute all phases of carpentry , including framing, trim carpentry, and high-end finish work. Install exterior features such as siding, window replacements, and custom decks. Handle interior installations , including precise cabinet placement and architectural trim. Maintain project momentum , working overtime when necessary to deliver outstanding results to our clients on time.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
5+ years of experience in finish carpentry required. An additional 5+ years of rough carpentry experience is highly preferred.
Leadership:
Proven ability to manage a job site, problem-solve, and mentor junior crew members.
Tools & Transport:
Must possess a valid driver's license and a complete set of professional hand/power tools (including skill saw, miter saw, jigsaw, etc.).
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of lumber grades and residential building techniques.
Physical Stamina:
Capable of climbing ladders, working at heights, and comfortably lifting at least 80 pounds .
Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate:
$25.00 to $45.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday - Friday (Overtime opportunities available)
