Most of our projects are contracted through a homeowner or investor, though we do have some company owned renovations as well. We perform many different scopes of work including additions, garage conversions, kitchen and bath remodels, whole home renovations, decks, custom rooms, custom home builds, commercial tenant improvements and more. Must be tooled up, have a work truck or van, able to understand scopes of jobs and how they get from start to finish. Punch lists will be in your responsibilities so finish carpentry skills are a must. The ideal candidate will be able to interact with clients as necessary, communicate with other tradesmen, subcontractors, and especially the project management team. You will often be the eyes and ears of the project managers. We do high quality work for discerning clients, so must be able to do jobs correctly the first time with pride in work! The vast majority of our projects are in the Tacoma, Lakewood, and Puyallup areas, though on occasion, you may be sent a bit farther afield.
