$38 - $52 per hour based on experience and leadership ability Full-time schedule averaging 40-50 hours per week Optional overtime opportunities based on project workload Kaiser Permanente medical coverage 401(k) with company match Profit sharing and revenue bonus opportunities Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid sick leave Company-issued tablet Best-in-class tools and equipment provided Year-round, stable work throughout the Seattle Metro area Clear opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth Only nail bags and hand tools required Why You'll Love It Here Success-driven culture focused on craftsmanship, accountability, and professionalism Strong team environment built around experienced tradespeople and dependable leadership Leadership team that values smart, driven carpenters and invests in long-term careers Organized systems and operational support designed to help field crews succeed Opportunity to lead complex exterior repair and restoration projects Professional company culture that rewards initiative, performance, and leadership Long-term career path with a company focused on retaining top talent Your New Role Work as a Lead Carpenter on exterior repair and restoration projects throughout the Seattle Metro area Lead and oversee crews performing siding, framing, waterproofing, rot repair, and exterior carpentry work Diagnose structural and exterior envelope issues including water intrusion, dry rot, and framing damage Perform and supervise window and door installations, deck construction, and exterior restoration projects Coordinate daily job site operations, crew workflow, materials, and project timelines Ensure projects meet company quality standards, production goals, and safety expectations Train, mentor, and support carpenters and crew members in the field Read and interpret project scopes, measurements, and construction specifications Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and field leadership Maintain organized, clean, and professional job sites Operate hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and efficiently
Hiring Expectations:
