In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of building projects, including metal building erection, concrete forming, and restoration work. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and technical skills will be essential to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your hands-on skills and technical knowledge to bring architectural visions to life. Duties Lead and assist with metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics Perform concrete forming, finishing, and plastering tasks with precision and attention to detail Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute construction plans Install rebar, metal studs, siding, stucco, and perform framing using hand tools and power tools Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation, lifting, and material handling Conduct masonry work including laying bricks, blocks, and working with dimensional measurements for accurate placement Manage site safety protocols while coordinating remodeling or restoration projects on various construction sites Experience Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or related construction fields Strong background in construction management principles and site supervision Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting schematics, and technical drawings for diverse projects Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other essential construction equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle heavy equipment operation when required Knowledge of framing carpentry including trim carpentry and woodworking techniques Familiarity with installation of siding, stucco, plastering techniques, and working with various construction materials Demonstrated experience in construction site safety practices along with basic math skills for measurements and calculations Join us as a where your expertise will drive successful project completion while advancing your career in a fast-paced construction environment.
