Woodworking Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with a focus on outdoor living. We build the highest quality decks, patio covers, and construction project in the Spokane and surrounding area. We are looking for high octane, driven carpenters who want to be part of the best outdoor living construction company in the Pacific Northwest. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
Ensure daily plan is met and that quality is above industry standard Maintain tools, keep inventory of necessary tools and equipment to perform at a high standard Communicate with project managers and customers to ensure we are delivering the absolute best product possible Teach and train your crew members to build up a powerful team Quality control
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in framing, trim carpentry, and/or PVC decking experience Proven experience in carpentry, including frame carpentry, metal stud framing Leadership experience Experience with construction site management Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift heavy materials and tools Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Certification in carpentry or a related field is a plus.
