Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter with experience in custom home construction and high-quality remodels. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work, understands the details that set custom projects apart, and can handle both structural and finish carpentry.

Responsibilities:

Perform framing, siding, decking, and detailed finish work for custom homes and remodel projects Install cabinets, trim, doors, windows, and custom woodwork Work from blueprints, plans, and on-site direction to execute high-end builds Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and homeowners Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Troubleshoot and adapt to unique challenges that come with custom builds and renovations

Requirements:

Proven experience in custom home construction and/or residential remodels Strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry Must have your own tools and reliable vehicle Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with high-end finishes and custom detailing Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Problem-solving mindset and ability to think ahead on complex projects
