We mitigate and restore properties damaged by floods, fires, windstorms, freezes, etc. We have been in business since 1984 and are a National Award-winning company based in Woodinville WA. We're hiring a Construction Carpenter who can confidently handle residential and light commercial projects from start to finish. This is not an entry-level position — we're looking for someone who shows up prepared, works efficiently, and maintains high standards without being micromanaged. This position is based out of our Woodinville office: 21220 87th AVE SE Woodinville, WA 98072 Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8am
- 5pm.
Possible on-call opportunities as well. This position offers $28 an hour, plus uncapped bonuses. Responsibilities Framing, drywall, trim, and finish carpentry Cabinet and fixture installation Painting Flooring (LVP, sheet, carpet not required but preferred) Minor structural repairs Job site setup and cleanup Communicating clearly with project managers and team members Maintaining quality control and safety standard What we are looking for 3+ years of carpentry experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential construction practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying site conditions Benefits available for full-time (30 + hours a week) employees: Medical with mental health, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Life AD&D, Group Life, Accident, Critical Illness, 24/7 Employee Assistance Program to assist with life's challenges and work life balance

- 1st year= 1 week (1 week equals five 8-hour days) 2nd
