What We're Looking For:

Year Standard:

You must have at least 5 years of dedicated residential finish carpentry experience.

Reliability:

A consistent, steady work history with no major employment gaps is required for this role.

Technical Range:

While your primary focus will be finish carpentry, we value a "team-first" mentality. You should be comfortable assisting with various project stages as needed, from basic framing to final hardware.

Precision:

We work with solid wood moldings, hardwood flooring, and custom casework—accuracy and a sharp eye for detail are non-negotiable. The Team & Environment Our projects are fast paced but focused on quality. You will typically work in a structured environment alongside a Lead. We aren't just looking for a pair of hands; we want someone eager to grow their craft and contribute to a high-functioning team.
