Weekly Build Your Future With Staffworks Group Staffworks Group is hiring experienced Carpenters for commercial stick-and-panel projects across De Pere, Fond du Lac, and Appleton, WI. This work is primarily trim and finish carpentry, and we need reliable, detail-oriented tradespeople ready to start immediately.

Appleton, WI Position Summary:
As a Carpenter, you will play a key role in commercial construction projects, primarily focused on trim and finish work using stick-and-panel methods. You will be responsible for precise carpentry work, ensuring project quality and safety, and collaborating with a team of professionals who take pride in getting the job done right.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform trim and finish carpentry work on commercial job sites Install structures and fixtures, such as doors, cabinetry, and trim Read and interpret blueprints and building plans Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials Operate hand and power tools with safety and precision Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations Collaborate with other trades and team members to maintain job flow
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation and your own vehicle to reach the job site Experience in trim, finish carpentry, or commercial stick-and-panel work Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus, not required Drywall or painting experience is a plus
