Job Description
Company Overview We are a construction and service company that works primarily on dairy farms. Our install crew will occasionally help with service or concrete work as needed. As a company, we are continuing to grow and are looking to add more crews in the near future. Home every night! We have work year round as well! Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. This position involves working on various construction projects, including remodeling barns, framing and installing curtains/fans and installing rubber mats. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for fabricating and installing structures while ensuring high-quality workmanship throughout the process. Duties Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform carpentry tasks efficiently. Assist in the remodeling of dairy barns. Carry out heavy lifting tasks as needed to support construction activities. Collaborate with other team members on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience in carpentry or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction. Experience in maintenance person services or general maintenance is a plus. Knowledge of installation techniques for various materials and structures is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently. Previous experience working on construction sites is advantageous.
