Job Summary:

Wesner Development is seeking a skilled/experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. The Carpenter will work on a variety of projects ranging from remodeling to new construction.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall using hand and power tools
• Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows and molding
• Construct building frameworks including walls, floors, and doorframes
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment as needed
• Collaborate with other construction professionals such as electricians and plumbers

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter with expertise in:
• Plastering
• Tile laying
• Restoration work
• Heavy lifting during construction projects
• Installation of various fixtures
• Siding installation
• Basic electrical knowledge for carpentry projects
• Remodeling projects involving structural changes
• Familiarity with CNC machinery for precision cutting tasks
