THIS IS A SKILLED POSITION
- Must know the "work hired for", detailed orientated, and have a GOOD attitude toward peers, and clients. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/ finished to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing various construction and carpentry projects with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that residential remodeling, restoration, and finishing tasks are executed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, trim carpentry, and fixture installation Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site work, including rebar installation and water damage restoration Execute finishing tasks such as caulking, stucco application, plastering, drywall, tile laying, and door hanging Operate woodworking machines safely to craft custom wood components for residential projects Conduct mold remediation and water damage restoration with attention to safety protocols Assist in remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, installing doors, and applying stucco or other wood construction materials Follow all power tool safety guidelines while handling power tools for woodworking and framing tasks Support the installation of construction site elements like rebar, fixtures, or mold remediation components as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency on-site Experience Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Hands-on experience with residential carpentry, trim carpentry, framing, and drywall finishing Familiarity with woodworking techniques using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines Prior involvement in the restoration industry or water damage restoration projects preferred Knowledge of plastering, stucco application, tile laying, caulking, door hanging, fixture installation, and mold remediation highly desirable Construction site experience including heavy lifting, rebar installation, remodeling projects, and handyman tasks Strong understanding of construction plans along with safety practices related to power tools and heavy equipment Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments requiring attention to detail Join us to bring your craftsmanship skills into exciting projects that make a real difference!
