Award Winner Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years experience in construction with wood. 5+ years experience with basic hand and power tools. Welding experience is preferred. Ability to read construction documents An interest in wood wizardry. Experience in completing work off shop drawings. Capable of problem solving and thinking outside the box An attitude of learning and being as helpful as possible each day. Physically Demanding Role Team Player Positive Attitude Four 10 Hour Shifts Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time . Responsibilities for this
Position:
Constructs, maintains, alters, and repairs building components and structures Measures, saw, and erects product made from wood per shop drawings Maintains power and hand tools and equipment to ensure their safe and efficient operation Lead on-site installations at various locations across the country Communicates needs clearly and ahead of time Follows all safety protocols Thinks steps ahead to improve project efficiency and accuracy Tracks and documents key information related to their projects Performs related duties as assigned.
Compensation:
Full time wage commensurate with experience. $25 - $35/hour. WholeTrees would expect 40 hours per working week, with required overtime as needed. Health Care Benefits are available.
