$14.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience) We're looking for an experienced home remodeler who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys solving problems. We specialize in complete residential remodels, high-end custom renovations, and investment property renovations throughout the New River Gorge area. This is not production work. Every project is different, and we're looking for someone who enjoys building things the right way. The Skills We're Looking For Our highest priorities are: Drywall Finishing Tile installation Experience in the following is also highly valued: Framing Flooring installation Trim Painting Deck building Cabinet installation Light plumbing Light electrical General residential remodeling Pay & Advancement $14-$20/hour Solid remodeling experience Able to work independently with minimal supervision $20-$25/hour Able to lead a crew Manage projects from start to finish Read plans and solve problems on site Communicate professionally with homeowners Keep projects organized, productive, and on schedule What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Flexible time off with advance notice Monday-Friday schedule No weekend work (except very occasional special situations) High-quality tools and equipment Opportunity to grow into a leadership role Small crew with a strong team culture Our Culture Culture matters just as much as skill.
