Job Description
We are seeking a TEMP Full-Time housekeeper for the month of October 2026. Must be reliable, hard-working and have great attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation Clean, service, and reset guest rooms according to established luxury brand standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms. Change linens, make beds to exacting standards, and replenish amenities, towels, and guest supplies. Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and presentation prior to release for guest occupancy. Report lost and found items in accordance with hotel policy. Public & Back-of-House Areas Maintain cleanliness of assigned public spaces, corridors, stairwells, and staff areas as scheduled. Ensure all areas reflect the hotel's commitment to understated luxury and natural elegance. Quality, Safety & Compliance Follow all housekeeping SOPs, safety procedures, and chemical handling guidelines. Use cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and efficiently. Identify and promptly report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or inventory shortages to the Head of Housekeeping. Guest Interaction & Service Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests, prioritizing privacy and discretion. Demonstrate a warm, service-oriented demeanor consistent with a luxury boutique environment. Support VIP turndown service and special guest requests as assigned. Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with fellow Housekeepers, Laundry, Front Desk, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations. Participate in daily briefings, ongoing training, and performance feedback sessions. Required Qualifications Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push/pull carts for extended periods. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required by hotel operations.
