Job Description

Rush Relief Restoration Services is in search of a mitigation Crew Chief that has restoration experience especially with fire, water, mold and bio-hazard jobs. Helping people who are going through a tragedy is what we do. If you are interested in helping people while getting paid, restoration might be the right job for you.
REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Exceptional customer service skills Polite, friendly and able to be calm in difficult situations Good work ethic Very organized, very neat, clean and detail-oriented Good hygiene Follow uniform policy Teachable able to follow instructions Photo-documentation of job Punctual every day! Must pass a drug screening Excellent customer service skills Be willing to be on-call (24/7)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
Ability to lift over 50 lbs, regularly Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces) Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Water extraction and mitigation Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration Vandalism, crime scene and biohazard clean up, demolition and light construction Structural board-up and site stabilization Carpet cleaning and on location cleaning Content handling/storage, unloading/loading trucks Manage and maintain a clean and organized appearance of vehicle, equipment, material and consumables on job site and in warehouse at all times Manage and maintain inventories of all equipment, material, consumables and tools Complete all necessary paperwork including daily progress report, moisture logs, safety logs and diagrams All other duties or projects as assigned. Demolition of damaged building materials Clean up daily Load equipment Maintain a clean vehicle High level of integrity and commitment to the work.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
