Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, experienced and safety-focused Commercial Diver to assist with the construction and installation of seawalls . This role involves performing underwater tasks such as excavation, setting forms, placing concrete, and anchoring structural materials in marine environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in marine construction, diving operations, and working with heavy equipment and materials underwater.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct underwater inspections of structures such as bridges, dams, pipelines, oil rigs, and ships. Perform welding, cutting, drilling, and concreting tasks underwater. Operate and maintain diving gear, underwater tools, and communication systems. Collect samples or data for environmental and engineering assessments. Install, repair, and remove underwater structures and systems. Monitor dive conditions and follow safety procedures strictly. Maintain accurate dive logs and technical documentation. Assist topside crews with lifting operations, rigging, and surface support tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
ADCI Tender/Diver certification or equivalent. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Welding or underwater cutting certification.
Work Environment:
May work offshore, in harbors, or inland waterways. Conditions can include cold water, low visibility, and confined spaces. Rotational shifts or extended periods away from home may be required. Strict adherence to safety standards and use of personal protective equipment is mandatory. Requirements for a
