Chambers Property Services, Inc. is seeking independent contractors to provide gate attendant and security services for a temporary construction site. We are looking for reliable individuals who can maintain a professional presence and ensure site safety.

Contractor Responsibilities:

Monitor entry points to deter theft and unauthorized access. Maintain accurate logs of site activity and document any intruders. Promptly report irregularities and follow site safety guidelines. Use professional judgment and common sense to maintain order on-site.

Required Equipment:

As an independent contractor, you are responsible for providing your own uniform and equipment. The following items are mandatory for site access: High-visibility yellow shirt or safety vest. Steel-toe boots or shoes. Professional black pants. A reliable, working cell phone. Dependable transportation.

Qualifications:
