Responsibilities Safely load, unload, and transport customers' belongings using appropriate moving equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts when necessary Operate various types of vehicles including box trucks and drivers to execute route driving with precision and adherence to traffic laws Assist customers with their moving needs by providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process Properly secure items during transit to prevent damage or shifting, utilizing manual lifting techniques and safety protocols Load and unload trucks efficiently while managing heavy lifting tasks with proper technique to prevent injury Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving equipment and trucks before and after each job Follow safety guidelines consistently, including operating forklifts or pallet jacks safely and adhering to manual transmission procedures when applicable Requirements Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations involving heavy lifting and moving tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or commercial vehicles preferred Ability to perform manual lifting of heavy items safely and efficiently in various environments Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and route planning for timely deliveries or moves Experience using forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus; certification is advantageous but not mandatory Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward clients and team members Ability to work physically demanding shifts that involve standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods Join us as a Professional Mover where your energy fuels our success!
